Order Fulfillment and Processing Specialist

Orange County wholesale clothing distributor has opening for an Order Fulfillment and Processing Specialist. Strong background handling purchase orders from major retail chains along with verbal interaction with associated sales representatives. Candidate must be an organized and proactive team player with excellent computer skills.

 

Job Description:

 Administer sales order and invoicing process and associated data entry.Review sales orders, obtain credit through financial companies, release orders for shipping in relation to inventory levels.Interact closely with warehouse manager and staff regarding specially packed orders and allocations of inventory.Manage the company's EDI process with major retailers as it relates to receiving purchase orders and sending invoices electronically.Process inventory transfers between warehouse locations.

 Requirements:

 3 to 5 years prior experience in sales order management and/or accounting department. Strong skills: MAS 200 with 10 key ability, Word, Excel, and Outlook.Analytical, detail oriented, and extremely organized.Proactive and self directed in the maintenance of all order fulfillment functions.Customer service and sales oriented team player.Great attitude and enjoys working with people.Ability to multi task in fast paces environment.Excellent communications skills - verbal and written.
