Part Time Accountant

Fast Growing Title Company is seeking an Part Time Accountant.? Duties include but not limited to:

Accounts Payable processing management; including review, coding, scanning and follow-up, vendor accuracy, Accounts Payable downloads, Ensure recurring payments are made by shared Accounts Payable.

Accounts Receivable reporting oversight; report review and ensure monthly entries are made by Corporate.

General Ledger balance sheet account reconciliation, prepare consolidated balance sheet, ordering monthly General Ledger system reports.? This position will also assist with conversion of accounting for operating entities as necessary and quarterly Hyperion reporting for Auditors.

This temporary to permanent opportunity requires?5 year's accounting experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger.? Candidate must have the knowledge of integrated accounting software, Micorsoft Excel, Word and Access.? Must also have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.? Requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.?Must be extremely organized.
