Payroll Administrator

Highly recognizable and profitable company in Orange County is seeking a Payroll Administrator to assist with the following duties:

Process semi-monthly and monthly payroll for multi-state/multiple

Partner with Human Resource on New Hires, Terminations, LOA?s, and status changes

Ensure the timely and accurate generation of payroll including vacation accrual, overtime, withholding status, garnishments and deductions

Assist with Payroll Department team initiatives

Requirements:

 

Knowledge of ADP software is a plus, but not required

Excellent problem solving skills

Excellent communication skills, written and verbal

Unquestionable integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive and personal information
