Job Title:  Payroll Administrator / Human Resources Assistant

 

Typical Duties:

 

1.  Assist in processing payroll, timesheets, status changes and check runs.

2.  Process new hire paperwork.

3.  Perform new hire benefit orientation.

4.  Maintain attendance sick and vacation in CPU calendar.

5.  Process vacation and birthday requests.

6.  Process and approve time off.

7.  Process ECRs for billing of benefits.

8.  Update monthly Visio charts for all Divisions.

9.  Update monthly slide charts.

10.  Put NEO binders and New Hire packets together.

11.  Maintain employee files.

 

Minimum of 1 years experience in automated payroll environment. (ADP)

Bachelors Degree Preferred

Certification as a Payroll Specialist Accepted

Detail Oriented and Multi Tasking environment

Strong math skills required and may be tested before hire
