Payroll Specialist

LendingTree is looking for a motivated and experienced Payroll Specialist to help us expand our existing team.

 

Responsibilities will include:
Inputting payroll into payroll systems and transmitting semi-monthly payroll and monthly commission/bonus payroll
Preparing paychecks for distribution to departments and other facilities in a timely manner
Managing the production of manual and termination checks
Assisting in the processing, collection and remittance of special payments including wage withholdings, garnishments, child support, and levies
Receiving and reviewing timecards, bonus and commission calculations for accuracy and approval
Receiving and reviewing all leave requests, payroll adjustments and salary adjustments
Preparing payroll grid (worksheet) in ADP

 

Qualified candidates will possess the following skills and attributes:
Bachelor?s degree preferred and a minimum of 3 years previous payroll experience within a large organization
Previous experience with ADP, E-Time and Report Smith or other Payroll related systems
Knowledge of labor laws
Effective oral and written communication skills
Strong technical and problem solving skills
Ability to work under pressure, prioritize work and work in a high volume team environment
