Payroll Specialist to $35k+ -

Job Description:
Company looking for a Payroll Specialist, duties will include inputting payroll data received from clients via telephone, fax or e-mail, answer client questions in regards to 940/941 forms, responsible for maintaining client contact on regular basis to receive payroll data as required, answer basic client questions, refer more complex or programming questions to customer service and calculate employee payroll taxes using information received by client to determine taxes withheld for a manual check. Qualified candidates need to have prior experience in payroll, knowledge of payroll procedures and a general knowledge of office practices.
