Project Analyst

Position: Full Time Project Analyst

Location: Los Angeles, CA 90067

Duration: 3 months

Pay: $18.47/hr.

Start Date: 9/11/06

Job Description:
Disbursement of funds to developers which will include but not limited to review, analysis and approval process of funding request.
Act as liason between attorneys, developers, acquisition officers,/anlaysts, construction services, and third party lenders.

Requirements:
BA/BS degree in Accounting
2+ years of accounting experience
Must have working knowledge of construction contracts, partnership agreements, construction loan documents, title policies and endorsements, letters of credit and other real estate related documents.
Must be proficient in Excel, Microsoft Word, Lotus, strong verbal and written communication. Must be good with numbers.
