SEC Reporting Professionals Needed!

Resources Global Professionals is looking for SEC reporting professionals to join our team.

Ideal candidates should possess the following qualifications:

? Recent and relevant SEC experience
? 10-K and 10-Q filings
? Footnote preparation
? FASB/GAAP research
? External GAAP basis financial statement preparation
? BS/BA degree in Business, Accounting or Finance
? CPA/MBA with Big 4 or national public accounting experience
? 7+ years relevant industry experience
? Proficiency with Excel essential, exposure to a major ERP system (i.e. SAP, Oracle, Peoplesoft) preferred
? Client Service driven with excellent communication and relationship management skills
? Flexible, adaptable and hands on approach
