SR. TIME ACCOUNTING COORDINATOR- LAW FIRM!

Job Description:
Law firm is looking for a Sr. Time Accounting Coordinator. You will perform general accounting/financial clerical duties involving the compilation and entering of time data into computer terminal; verify information; maintain records and prepare reports; Communicate with secretaries and timekeepers to resolve errors or problem solving on time entries; Assist in balancing and calculating the monthly hours report; Update sick and vacation reports
Assist with the Time Department documentation and policy/procedures;
Assist with month-end closing. MUST HAVE data entry experience, training or experience in accounting, and knowledge of principles, methods, practices and procedures of financial and statistical work and generally accepted accounting principles. Must be proficient with Word, Excel, and 10-key. Must be able to work under pressure. Great working environment! Email resume as a word attachment to Paris.
