Depending on your experience level, you may come on board as a Project Manager or Senior Financial Analyst. In either case, you will support our Manufacturing and Regulatory/Quality leaders who are supporting the maintenance and continued production of life-saving products. Your mission will be to "stay ahead of the curve," and provide broad, proactive financial planning and forecasting support for these manufacturing functional area managers. You will be actively involved with leaders who are integral members of our Heart Valve Therapy, Critical Care, Minimally Invasive Monitoring, and Cardiac Surgery Systems product support team.

Our Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
* CPA/CMA is preferred, but not required.
* Progressive, well-rounded financial analysis experience (5-7 years) including: budgeting and forecasting, expense analysis, planning, forecasting, and project analysis. Cost accounting experience is preferred, but not required.
* Ability to understand, analyze, and communicate the issues behind the numbers, as well as the self-initiative to achieve your goals independently.
* Problem-solving skills, a detail orientation, and flexibility
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact with all levels of management
