Senior Manager of Sam's Accounting

Job Description:

This position is responsible for determining the correct accounting treatment for various business transactions, assisting with the implementation of the accounting treatment and then following up on the results. Additionally, using their technical knowledge and expertise, this position will analyze various financial controls and processes for Sarbanse-Oxley purposes, using their authority to determine whether the controls are sufficient and if any deficiencies exist.

 

Requirements:
1. Accounting degree.
2. 6-10 years of management work experience, including at least 3-5 years in public accounting or internal audit.
3. CPA or working to obtain CPA.

Additional Preferred Requirements:
1. Demonstrated strong leadership abilities.
2. Demonstrated strong analytical skills.
3. Experience with documenting and/or testing of controls and policies of Sarbanse-Oxley.
