This Orange County area company is looking for an experienced professional with solid Sarbanes Oxley experience. The ideal candidate will have a CPA and a minimum of 3-5 years of senior accountant or audit experience. The duties will include assisting in the development of testing procedures and methods for determining internal controls effectiveness, along with assisting with SOX testing and assuring compliance with corporate policies. The company has experience phenomenal growth during the past 2 quarters and anticipates the trend to continue for the foreseeable future. This is a very high visibility oportunity that will include travel nationally and abroad.

Salary/Pay Rate: $85,000 - $110,000 per year
