Sr Financial Accountant/Analyst

Support of SEC filings and footnote disclosures; FFAS 123R Stock-based compensation program accounting; Weighted Shares / EPS calculations; hedging and other complex accounting transactions; preparation and support consolidated cash flow statements.

Will also play a key role in accounting for the company's complex accounting transactions and technical GAAP/FASB research. Will actively participate in many Sarbanes Oxley control activities related to the financials, ensuring global and regional compliance with identified key controls. Will have interaction with PwC external auditors and management.

Requirements :

A minimum of three years relevant experience is required, which must include a minimum of two years experience in public accounting. Big Four experience is preferred.

Experience with SEC reporting, technical GAAP/FASB research experience, accounting position papers documentation is required.

Experience with cash flow statements, complex accounting transactions, FAS 123R Stock-Based Compensation, and international entity exposure is preferred.

Hyperion systems and/or JD Edwards Enterprise One experience is also a plus.

A bachelor's degree in Accounting and CPA required.

Must be proficient in use of Microsoft-based operating systems, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access.

Must be deadline driven, results-oriented, highly responsible and accountable, and possess excellent oral and written communication skills.

Must be extremely proactive, have strong initiative and be self-motivated. High integrity, ethics and strong values; excellent organizational skills, detail-orientation, and a high degree of accuracy are all essential.

Must be adaptable and be flexible in a changing environment.
