Major Corporation experiencing record setting growth has a need for an Accounting Professional. This position is open due to the last individual I placed in the position was promoted to Accounting Manager after 1 year.

In this role, the chosen candidate will perform a variety of general accounting tasks, which will involve updating and maintaining accounting journals, ledgers and other records detailing financial transactions including accounts receivable, disbursements, expense vouchers, payroll, receipts, accounts payable and capital accounts. This position compiles accounting and statistical data and verifies accuracy of accounting information investigates questionable data and out-of-balance conditions and analyzes/reconciles records and accounts that may include bank and financial statements. The accounting Specialist will also be relied on to enter data into computer systems; prepare a variety of daily, weekly and monthly reports; and conduct account variance analysis. Other duties may include preparing wire transfers and check requests, processing month-end close procedures, and responding to and researching internal/external accounting inquiries.

Salary/Pay Rate: $50,000/55,000*401K match*Paid O.T.
