Treasury Manager

As the Treasury Manager, the position is responsible for the Management of the Funding program, including the issuance of new securities, assist with the issuance of unsecured, management of outstanding transactions, development of new asset classes to securitize and support investor relations program.

In addition, the Treasury Manager oversees the preparation of servicing reports and arranges for the wire transfer to trustees for distribution to investors; provides instructions to trustees regarding disbursement of funds; and oversees the reconciliation of funds. In conjunction with the Senior Manager, Funding, forecasts the timing and availability of funding to best manage cash flow to the company. Coordinates the preparation of the asset backed securities (ABS) transactions with various company departments and vendors including legal, tax, NMAC Operations, outside counsel and information systems to assure all legal and regulatory requirements have been met. Maintains corporate relationships with investment bankers regarding current, future and existing transactions. In coordination with legal staff, negotiates the pricing, margin points, parameters and requirements of the ABS and unsecured transactions. Maintains an investor relations program including speeches at public forum, directs meetings, and responds to inquiries.
Oversees the installation and the maintenance of computer systems related to the ABS program and any programs monitoring the unsecured program.

The Treasury Manager has nonexempt through journey-level exempt subordinates or contractors. Supervises and provides leadership, coaching, guidance, training and staff development; interviews and selects unit employees; plans and evaluates employee performance; recommends merit increases, transfers and promotions; counsels and disciplines employees as necessary; recommends termination when appropriate; and monitors time and attendance of subordinates.
