Responsibilities:
? Plan, develop & implement Federal and state tax strategies to reduce tax liabilities and optimize cash flows
? Manage complex state tax environment
? Respond to inquiries by Federal/state taxing authorities
? FAS 109 calculations

This key position requires a Bachelor?s degree in Accounting (MBT, CPA and/or MBA highly preferred); 10+ years of successful tax planning experience in a multi-state corporate environment; strong background in Federal and state income tax planning; and understanding of sales/use tax, property tax, and federal/state tax compliance regulations.
