Year End Audit Support

Manufacturer and Design company located in Seal Beach is seeking a Year End Audit Support candidate for a three to four month project.? This position will provide lead support for fiscal year-end responsibilities and interface with external auditors during the annual financial audit of a $32M manufacturer located in Santa Ana.? Duties include: Complete year-end balance sheet and income statement reconciliation schedules.? Reconcile significant inter-company activity with affiliated companies.? Utilize MRP and general ledger system to obtain financial and operations data.? Interface with external auditors and respond to inquiries during fieldwork and financial statement preparation.

This temporary position requires seven to ten years experience in completing year-end financial close and external audit requirements. Ability to interface with external auditors and respond timely to audit inquiries.? Hands-on experience in manually extracting and reconciling financial data from MRP and general ledger systems. Candidate must have Bachelors Degree in Accounting.?
