About the Opportunity Help Kindred Healthcare be a leader in the Health Services industry by acting as the Administrative Assistant who provides office services; maintains workflow; creates and revises systems and procedures; develops administrative staff; resolves administrative problems; ensures operation of equipment; provides information; maintains supplies inventory; completes operational requirements; maintains professional and technical knowledge; contributes to team effort.

Qualifications


Skilled at using database, spreadsheet, and word-processing software to prepare statistical and written reports with varying degrees of complexity and detail for management.


Easily analyzes and prioritizes information, distilling it to the critical issues and drawing accurate conclusions.


PC proficiency and strong skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.


Experience writing professional memos, preparing correspondence, and taking notes.


Maintains inventory and equipment to ensure smooth office operation.


Solves problems by gathering information and evaluating options.


Manages processes to monitor and to maximize performance.


Has effective organizational skills. Keeps files and work area organized.


Demonstrates professionalism at all times.
