QUALIFICATIONS:
- Customer service experience required
- Some continuing education desired
(Associate's degree or in pursuit of degree)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well within a team
Positions require shift flexibility within the hours of Monday-Friday from 7:00am-8:30pm and occasional Saturdays from 9:00am-5:30pm
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Applies claims settlement procedures to process claims assigned by Auto Claim Management, Claim Representative, and/or electronic assignment, within approved limits
- Provides assistance, initiates claim payment process, and/or closes assigned files, as directed
- Recognizes and refers claims that are beyond the scope of authority
- Recognizes, refers, and/or processes subrogation or reimbursement claims within approved limit
