Compensation Analyst

Milliman provides independent actuarial, employee benefits and compensation consulting from over thirty offices across the U.S.  Milliman?s compensation consulting staff provides assistance to clients in the review, development, and implementation of salary administration, incentive compensation, and executive compensation programs.  Milliman also conducts twenty regional surveys each year.

 

Milliman's Seattle Employee Benefits practice is seeking a Compensation Analyst. Employee will assist in the development, installation, cost analysis and reporting of compensation programs and/or incentive plans.  Will conduct salary surveys, analyze market trends, develop revised salary ranges, evaluate and slot jobs into ranges, develop administrative policies and assist in the design of various incentive plans for client companies. 

 

Job Requirements

? Competent in the use of word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software

? Strong organizational skills

? Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

? Detail oriented

Qualifications

? Bachelors degree in business administration or a related discipline preferred

? Two to four years of experience developing and administering compensation programs

 

Additional Skills Considered

? Knowledge of job matching and market pricing

? Knowledge of Access
