Under the direction and supervision of the Project Manager, this position provides Construction administrative assistance for the condominium conversion with a clear understanding of the community?s physical requirements. High school diploma required; BA/BS degree preferred. Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience required, preferably in real estate or property management setting. Excellent communication and organizational skills required. Strong leadership, interpersonal skills and initiative are imperative for this position. Proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
