An Executive Secretary for the Birmingham State Office.    Responsibilities include handling administrative duties for the State Executive Director and office staff,  greeting customers and visitors, directing and answering phone calls, handling mail, coordinating schedules and meeting arrangements, analyzing data, preparing reports, and maintaining supplies.  Requirements include a high school diploma, proficiency with Microsoft word, excel, powerpoint and access, ability to use professional vocabulary and grammar, typing of 50 wpm, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
