Lead Test Administrator - Part-Time

Promissor, a Pearson Vue Business is seeking a Lead Test Administrator at our Birmingham, AL location. The Lead Test Administrator oversees daily operations and delivers computer based exams to ensure that all qualified candidates are able to take the appropriate exam and have a positive testing experience.

This position has a 1-2 day a week schedule.

The Lead Test Administrator maintains security of examinations and supplements by ensuring correct candidate is at correct computer for correct test, monitoring operation of surveillance equipment, conducting walkthroughs during exams, taking inventory of supplements and locking up scratch paper and score paper as well as communicates regularly with Regionl Test Center Manager to report all staffing, candidate, testing, and facility issues;
Communicates with TCO in Regionl Test Center Manager's absence; Communicates with Test Center Staff to ensure compliance with all procedural updates; Communicates with Property Manager/Landlord all facility issues. Communicates with Help Desk Staff on issues requiring their assistance. The Lead Test Administrator also tracks time and attendance and schedules employee shifts, ensures staff reports to Test Center one hour before testing is scheduled to begin for proper testing setup and trains all test center staff to satisfactorily perform all essential functions of the Test Administrator position in order to pass the Test Center Certification Exam.

High School diploma or equivalent. Customer Service experience and/or Accounting skills preferred. Must have the ability to maintain working knowledge of Promissor testing software and hardware in order to report problems, make updates and follow directions to fix equipment. Strong interpersonal skills to provide excellent customer service and train employees. Basic Computer Skills and Microsoft Office proficiency required. Strong work ethic and ability to be flexible in work schedule is necessary.
