Office Manager

The Office Manager will Supervise office activities and work with the regional manager to achieve maximum expense control and productivity.  Responsibilities will include:

 Manage customer service representatives.Report payroll to the corporate office.Process and code accounts payable and forward to the corporate office for payment.Develop procedures and policies for office activities; such as, filing, records maintenance, and mail distribution.Maintain supplies and office equipment.

 

Requirements:

 3-5 years administrative/office experience.Must have Data Entry and Ten Key experience, computer skills, and be able to read and perform mathematical calculations with numbers, fractions and decimals.Must be a team player and have a professional sense of urgency.Excellent time management and prioritization skills a must.
