Parts Clerk

Order entry, post parts to repair orders, invoicing, filing, Boeing order processing, Process QA2's, and processing vendor invoices.
Track receive and post or fill drop ship orders. Train to be backup to Parts Specialists and Shipping/Receivng Clerk.

Must be able to listen to the customer, find the parts they need the best and most efficient way possible, deliver beyond expectations and have fun being the best! It is that easy. Works closely with parts department personnel.


Experience and Skills:
Qualified candidates must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent; ability to accurately use a ten-key machine; able to operate office machines (fax, copy): computer literate - able to type 30 wpm; able to answer multi-line phones and multi-task helping both internal and external customers; clear communication skills; ability to speak over 2 way radio, ability to repetitively lift at least 50 lbs. Position is located in Auburn, Washington.
