Receptionist

Receptionist Under limited supervision, greets company visitors, checks for employee badges and handles incoming phone calls and inquiries. Direct visitors and callers to proper person or department. May maintain visitor badge control and applicant logs. Page office personnel when necessary and take appropriate messages. May perform light clerical tasks such as typing and filing. Responsible for shredding of documents and maintaining a polished and professional reception desk/area.
