Receptionist (Part-Time)

Lochner, a nationwide consulting engineering firm, is seeking a part-time Receptionist to work 3 days a week in our Bellevue, WA office.  The successful candidate must have a minimum of 2+ years of administrative experience preferably in a professional services organization. Responsibilities include managing a multi-line telephone system, greeting visitors, processing incoming and outgoing mail, ordering supplies, copying, typing, and providing support to management and engineering staff.  Qualifications include strong interpersonal and organizational skills; excellent written and verbal communication skills; solid proofreading and editing skills; office filing experience; typing (knowledge of MS Office desired); a friendly and outgoing phone personality; and the ability to work independently and well with others.
