-Answer phones for incoming service calls

-Write up service tickets

-Input data from service tickets into our system and manufacturers' system

-Help installation department gather parts for jobs and bill

-Help installation department gather data for bids

-Research parts needed for jobs by service techs

-Help salesmen with job estimates

-Assist service techs with parts for service, i.e., pull, restock trucks

-Handle returns-warranty to manufacturer, local distributor, etc.

-Must have paperwork, computer and people skills
