Training & Travel Assistant

Job Description:
Summary: Assist the Travel and Conference Adminstrator, and the Training Administrative Assistant with day to day coordination of travel and support of agent training.
Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Identify and track all new agent candidates using the new agent pipeline report.

2. Gather all travel information and assist with travel arrangements.

3. Act as back-up to Travel and Conference Administrator, and have full knowledge of Aon Corp travel policy.

4. Assure that all needed training materials are printed and supplied to each new agent training class.

5. Support the new agent training function by grading tests and maintaining those test records.

6. Assist with tracking and maintaining the records associated with the Lead Institute program.

7. Provide fields with appropriate pre-training materials.

8. Follow up with all post training requirements and assist with the record keeping.

9. Assist with other training and travel events as needed.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
* Familiarity with Internet and strong personal computer and spreadsheet application skills
* Possess working knowledge of general travel process and procedures
* Ability to work in a team setting
* Ability to perform multiple tasks and meet deadlines
* Strong proofreading skills, detail oriented
* Professional telephone manner
Education and Experience:
* High school graduate or equivalent.
* Computer experience with Microsoft Word and Excel

Essential Functions:
* Manual dexterity in hands to do extensive keyboarding
* Requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time
