(this is an affiliate company of The Swiss Colony, Inc.), located in Monroe, WI, has an immediate opening in their Marketing Department.  The responsibilities of this position include:Developing sales budgets and mailing plans that effectively target our customers. Communicating the financial, production and inventory impact of mailing plan decisions to management. Sales forecasting for inventory and resource planning purposes.  The qualified individual will possess:Bachelor?s degree, preferably in Marketing, Management, Math, Statistics, or related business field.2-4 years of direct marketing experience.Strong knowledge of Excel and Word.Intermediate experience with SAS.Strong analytical skills.An understanding of financial and statistical concepts. Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills are essential.

 

This is an Exempt/Salaried position with core working hours from 8:00 AM ? 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.  We offer a competitive benefit package.
