Research Analyst (Students)
Works closely with the Lead Generation and Marketing Services teams to conduct or contract market research activities that provide information relating to recruitment potential and market conditions. Plan and oversee the execution of qualitative and quantitative Student research projects. Conducts in-depth interpretation of field data using quantitative analysis. Writes and present key findings to management and cross functional partners. Conducts analysis and draw insights and conclusions to advise on marketing and business strategies.

Requirements:

Education / Experience
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering /Operations Research, Quantitative Psychology or Sociology. Advanced degree in related field preferred
3-5 years related experience
Organization / Communication Skills
Possess strong interpersonal communication skills and thrive on effective communication
Ability to build strong relationships across functions within the organization
Ability to effectively manage time and a variety of responsibilities/timelines
Enjoy working in teams and possess excellent collaboration skills
Special Skills and Knowledge
Understand conceptual and practical marketing and business operations
Possess an understanding of statistics and enthusiasm for learning the practical application of statistical analysis to address key business issues
Ability to design and manage research projects
Excellent customer service/management skills
Ability to think strategically and creatively
Computer Skills
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office software applications
