Regional Service Sales Manager Learjet Western

 

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:This position is located in the Southwest Region of the U.S. (CA, AZ, NV.)  Must be able to live within California or Arizona.Responsible for maintenance sales goal, training sales goal and visit goal for the Southwest Region. Manage budget/expenses for sales efforts for assigned accounts domestically. Prepare detailed statements of work for scheduled maintenance, proposal requests, ROM Quotes, Proposal presentations, negotiate sales, close sales and schedule work for customers in this region. Customer visits/profiling. Schedule AOG?s /Unscheduled. Assist customer with open service issues. Assist with securing customer satisfaction feedback.

 

 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:Business Aeronautical or Sales/marketing college degree preferred. Must have Aviation knowledge and experience with Learjet product line. Sales and service expertise including negotiation skills, phone expertise, interpersonal skills. Hands on experience in maintenance (Chapter 5) and/or flight operations. Computer skills, preferably PC Window based applications. Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license or five years A/C maintenance experience and/or pilot?s license. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Team player and results oriented. Ability to handle complex problems and situations.

Extensive travel will be required in this position.
