Supply Technician III


Description: This is a Project Lead position. Responsible for the daily supervision of 4-5 warehouse and customer service personnel. Responsible for the assignment of work, adherence to all policy and procedures including safety. Maintains a clean, organized warehouse or supply room; Ensures compliance with the Quality Assurance Plan and prepares various reports as required. Prepares and maintains related documentation; Provides guidance and work leadership to less experienced Warehouse Technicians. Coordinates schedules. Will operate material handling equipment such as fork lifts, pallet handlers, and hand trucks. Participates in special projects as required.

High school diploma. Associate's degree preferred. Five or more years of experience. Supervisory experience. Demonstrated effective organizational skills. Ability to supervise warehouse operations. Effective communication skills. Strong leadership skills. Basic computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Knowledge of safety regulations and HAZWOPER.

The work is typically performed in an office or warehouse environment, which requires proper safety precautions; work may require some physical effort in the handling of light to moderately heavy materials, boxes or equipment.
