Qualifications

 

To qualify for this outstanding career opportunity, you must have a successful track record as a Sales Agronomist or Agronomy Sales Rep with the desire to advance your career and achieve much higher levels of compensation. You will need your Certified Crop Adviser (CCA) certification or be in process of completing your CCA certification.  A Bachelors degree is preferred, but your experience & qualifications are key.  

 

Compensation

 

You?ll receive an excellent starting base salary of $38,000 to $45,000, depending on your experience, qualifications and potential.  Then with the best commission & bonus program available, your actual income will be virtually unlimited.  Plus you?ll get an excellent full benefits package for you and your family.  Add a performance bonus, company provided truck with expense reimbursement and this is truly one of the most rewarding Ag Sales opportunities anywhere.  Full relo assistance is available.
