Location Manager for Ag in North Dakota

Location Manager An extremely strong, professional agribusiness needs both an "up and comer" to handle a $5M location and a more seasoned location manager for a $8M location in Eastern North Dakota.  The manager of the smaller location will oversee 4-5 people and oversee all agronomy, seed, chemical and custom application.  The larger location would oversee 8-10 people. 


This opportunity is with an extremely progressive and stable multi-location, independent, agronomy company that has an extreme interest in seed.  Both locations have experienced  much growth in the past few years.  Excellent customer service and communication skills are required, as sales will be a key part of the Manager's duties.  The employees at this location are good but need a great leader.  They will pay for the right person and does include a company vehicle.  Excellent advancement opportunities exist with this rapidly growing and successful business.
