Route Sales

Route Supply salesperson :

 

To sell and deliver milking accessories and farm supplies to customers on existing routes, add new accounts, perform route service, sell modernization items and scheduled maintenance programs.

 

Sell supplies, equipment, and dealership services to achieve volume, profit and sales objectives.

Demonstrate equipment

Maintain dealership prospect record system

Keep informed and up to date on dealership and competitive products

Strive to upgrade dealership image

Learn job with initial assistance provided by dealer, sales manager and manufacturer representative

Organize and plan route activities

Fill out daily sales report, report all sales leads, concerns and scheduled maintenance contracts sold

Write sales ticket on all transactions

Attend dealership and manufacturer sponsored training seminars

Route salesperson is responsible for appearance and proper care of vehicle.

Salesperson is responsible for inventory on vehicle.

Explain dealership credit policy with new route customers.
