The Enzyme Technical Service Representative will be responsible for providing the technical knowledge and expertise about our technology to prospective customers.  This will require strong customer relationship skills and working closely with customers at their facilities.  In addition, this position will support the technical and production needs of customers so that they understand and use of new enzyme product offers Accountabilities will include, but are not limited to:Presenting technical information.Helping use enzymes in the most appropriate manner to optimize customers process.Managing software program to determine customer value.Timely responses to customer needs.Assessing and recommending proper use of enzymes.Ability to present technical information in a manner that facilitates comprehension at all levels within internal and external organizations.Working with R&D community to advise on new project in the development phase.Troubleshooting and joint problem-solving.

 

The successful candidate will have a Bachelors of Science or Masters Degree in a related field, preferably in chemical engineering, biochemistry, microbiology, chemistry or biology.  As well as extensive knowledge of the dry mill ethanol industry and plant engineering.  Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in the fuel ethanol industry. A strong engaging personality and high caliber communication skills with a desire to provide satisfied customers.
