TURF MANAGER, SALES AND SERVICE

CAREER POSITION. Learn what it is like to grow your own business and customer base, plus? You will provide lawn care, suggest tree and shrub care, and give landscape advice to our clients. You will become a partner in the highest quality lawn and tree company in the mid west.

In addition, there are advancement opportunities in the other communities we serve or will serve.

PERSONALITY TRAITS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

We look for individuals who are: motivated, ambitious, high energy, hard working, sharp, focused, outgoing personality who easily makes friends. We also want individuals who love working outside taking care of lawns and landscapes while providing great service. Are you a high achiever with absolute integrity? A degree is important. Horticulture, forestry, business or related degree is our first choice.

TURF MANAGER: You will manage and maintain 300 to 500 customer properties. This position includes both production and sales. Our turf managers assist customers with a range of horticulture decisions, while fertilizing and providing weed, disease and insect control. We give landscape advice and make suggestions for maintaining the lawn and landscape. We work hard to make yards fun for our customers. Outstanding individuals will become team leaders, department managers and branch managers.

PAY: A recent college graduate starts at approximately $30,000 a year. In this position, you can go up to $70,000++.
