Aircraft Service International Group, ASIG, the leading national and global aviation service provider of fueling and ramp services, with over 70 national locations and 7,500 employees, has an opening at the Anchorage International Airport location.
Responsibilities include management, oversight and regulatory compliance of two petroleum terminals, a DOT regulated pipeline, a Marine Petroleum terminal and a pressure demand hydrant system. In addition, over sight of GSE department and Purchasing, ensures compliance with Company policies/procedures, Federal and State law. Principal Job duties include but are not necessarily limited to:
Ensures petroleum terminals are operated and maintained in accordance with the regulations or requirements of the Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation, United States Coast Guard, marine Transportation Safety Act, Department of Homeland Security and the American Petroleum Institute.Ensures pipeline operations and maintenance comply the requirements of PHMSA Office of Pipeline Safety. Directing preparation of work schedules to insure efficient and effective operations.Ensures facilities operate in accordance with local, State and Federal regulatory requirements.Investigates all accidents and injuries and determines ways to prevent reoccurrence.Performing other duties as required by Station Management.Coordinating procurement of all types of company owned and operated equipment, materials, supplies, and parts as necessary to maintain equipment and facilities. Prepares and monitors budgets for the above facilities and GSE department. Ensures GSE Fleet is Maintained in accordance with ASIG standardsEnsures Base complies with BBA and ASIG HS&E programs and standards.
Position Requirements:
Experience with Terminal and Pipeline Operations and regulations. Ability to communicate with a diverse group of employees. Valid driver?s license. Experience with PC programs such as Windows, MS Word, MS Excel and Kronos and the SRT program desirable.
