Associate Contstruction Project Manager

The Associate Contstruction Project Manager will plan, coordinate and execute jobs up to $2M with minimal supervision. They will direct the preparation of documents necessary for the design and construction of jobs and will be responsible for the preparation of accurate job cost reports and forecasts. They will maintain all job files, and coordinate all project activities with affected parties in timely communications. They will prepare project plans and project budgets and schedules and will coordinate the activities of a small project team. They will work independently on their own projects, and will have all budgets, contracts and purchases approved by a Project Manager.





REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Four years of applicable experience or Bachelor?s degree and two years of applicable experience
* Working knowledge of project management process
* Demonstrated understanding of project cost accounting/reporting
* Demonstrated understanding of CPM scheduling
* Demonstrated understanding of construction estimating process
* Computer proficiency within a Windows environment
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Basic understanding of construction contracting process and documents
* Team Player ? strong relationship skills.






DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor?s degree in Construction, Architecture, Engineering or Finance
* SAP experience
