The Project Coordinator position contributes to Panda?s growth and development by managing the process of coordinating site plans, information reports, and construction documents to support restaurant store construction nationwide.  This position coordinates the due diligence process, including site plans, surveys, and reports.  This position is an excellent opportunity to learn the different functions of the various departments involved, such as Real Estate, Legal, and Architecture & Construction, that participate in the development of Panda restaurants.

 

Responsibilities:

 

? Organizes civil engineering/architectural design process in coordination with cross-functional development teams and outside consultants.

? Monitors, coordinates, and follows-up on due diligence items (such as reports and surveys) with outside consultants to ensure accurate and timely development procedures for restaurant locations.

? Works with consultants, designers, and others to keep, track, and file due diligence items. 

? Search, select, and develop relationships with consultants in order to set timeliness and define capacity of work.

? Work closely with in-house Development Teams (Real Estate Managers, Project Managers, and Project Designers).

 Qualifications:

? Bachelor?s Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Business major  

? 1 years minimum in office administration, architectural and/or construction related field

? Microsoft (Word, Excel, project Outlook)

? AutoCAD preferred but not required

? General knowledge of project development

? Must possess great coordination, organization, and follow-up skills

? Must be able to multi-task

? Good written and verbal communication skills

? Team player
