Practice Group Leader - Architect

CSDA Architects Inc. is a 75 person architectural design firm with offices in San Francisco, Los Angeles and Phoenix. A recognized leader in design for public, private and international sectors, CSDA specializes in educational facilities and airport sound attenuation.

CSDA is seeking a?Practice Group Leader for education in our fast growing Los Angeles office. Candidate must be a licensed architect with?a minimum?of 10 years of experience in the design of California schools and must be able to assume a leadership role in existing projects.

The?Practice Group Leader?will help lead and run CSDA's Los Angeles office, including maintaining the appropriate balance between client satisfaction, project requirements, and project quality. Candidate will also run projects and handle business basics, such as owner/architect agreements, internal project budgets, monitoring scope of work and project budgets, negotiation of additional service requests and collections. This position offers a path to Firm Ownership.

The person we are seeking is a licensed architect with?at least?5?years of the minimum 10 years of experience,?in a leadership or management role. The ideal candidate would have substantial experience in the design of California schools, and possess strong client communication and design skills. BS or BA in Architecture required; Masters of Architecture preferred.
