Position Requirements:

 

WPIIDC, Inc. has a great opportunity for a Site Planner / CADD Draftsperson with 2+ years of experience. In this position, the candidate will work closely with our Entitlement Coordinators and Design Team. The candidate?s primary responsibility will be to layout and draw in AutoCAD, land sites for commercial development.  The candidate will also be responsible for other duties as assigned and deemed necessary by management.

 

Previous experience working with large Commercial Retail projects is preferred, but not required. The candidate must be able to demonstrate excellent proficiency with AutoCAD (2002 ? 2004) as well as the Microsoft Office Suite (XP and 2003). Knowledge of additional software applications is advantageous including software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, etc. Attention to detail and ability to work unsupervised effectively and efficiently is required. Strong written and verbal communication skills are highly recommended. ANY EXPERIENCE WITH LAND PLANNING AND SITE DEVELOPMENT IS EXTREMELY BENEFICIAL AND WILL RECEIVE IMMEDIATE CONSIDERATION.
