Unit Manager (Public Works)

Job Description: Our Little Rock Public Works Group is searching for a Unit Manager.  In this position you will be responsible for:
Overseeing the day-to-day activities of the Public Works Group.
Reviewing staff levels, monitor project status, negotiate contracts, and monitor the groups financial status.

Job Requirements:
To be successful in the role of Unit Manager, your qualifications will include:
B.S. in Civil Engineering
P.E. Registration in the State of Arkansas or the ability to become registered through reciprocity
20+ years of general civil engineering experience.
Significant experience dealing with site/land development, drainage and water/wastewater design.
Strong local relationships, a proven sales track record as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills
