Business Development Associate/Customer Service Rep.

Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Answer a high volume of incoming calls, and making a high volume of outgoing calls and inputting data into a web based program
Answer telephones promptly and professionally
Direct connect all calls to appropriate team members
Take accurate messages including complete name, phone number and what each call is regarding
Promptly input customer data into the appropriate software package
Interview customers; accurately and completely fill out information sheets
Recommend appointment times to clients; record appointments in appropriate software programs
Promptly and accurately complete assigned office/administrative/marketing tasks
Perform all opening / mid / closing shift duties as instructed
Seek additional work/assignments from Supervisor or Manager during shift
Perform other tasks as assigned or requested
The hours for this position are 11a-8p with flexible work days Required Experience1-2 years customer service and telephone sales experience preferred
Ability to work extended /flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Professional phone manner and the ability to work independently
