DMV/Inventory Clerk

Nationwide Auction Systems is one of the largest public auction companies in the world.? Founded over 26 years ago, Nationwide has nine auction facilities operating in six States, with headquarters in Irvine, CA.

We have a great opportunity for a DMV/Inventory Clerk in City of Industry.

?

Responsibilities:

Proper titling of all used and wholesale sales

Ensure that all retail transactions are processed on a timely basis

Verify trade and independent purchase documents

Maintain accurate spreadsheet for trade problems

Maintain accurate title tracking spreadsheet

Ensure that title work complies with all applicable state regulations

Manage and reconcile title inventory

Prepare and verify documentation for DMV submission

Issue refunds and collect shortage from registrations

Ensure that all 5 day notices are mailed on time

Manage RDFs and ensure a timely return to DMV to eliminate ASF fees

REQUIREMENTS:?

Four years experience within automotive industry
High School graduate
Must have strong organizational and multi-tasking skills

Motivated, self-starter
Office 2000, Excel, Word

Experience with Grapevine
