Maintenance Manager - Tempe, AZ

Budget Truck Rental, the second largest moving truck rental system in North America is seeking a talented Maintenance Manager to direct the daily operation of the maintenance and damage function for trucks in the Tempe, AZ area. This position will also select outside vendors for purchase of parts and repairs of vehicles; direct all mechanical and body damage repair to ensure all related repair orders are completed and processed in accordance with established guidelines; as well as  maintain the maintenance shop in a safe and professional manner, ensuring compliance with OSHA and other regulatory agencies.

 

This position will also ensure that the mechanic and maintenance staff is certified / licensed and maintain a preventive maintenance program; hire, train, develop, motivate and evaluate the performance of staff.  Will also direct all mechanical and body damage repairs and ensure all related repair orders are completed and processed in accordance with established guidelines.  We provide advancement opportunities, competitive pay and great benefits including health, dental, vision, and a 401 (K) plan.
