Bank Associate

The Kforce OnStaff Group is seeking a Bank Associate of Sales and Service to gain knowledge of the various products and services solicited within the retail environment and be able to sell and cross-sell effectively. The Bank Associate will develop working knowledge of all depository, lending, and merchant card products in order to effectively service clients. This position will recognize and act upon opportunities to refer business to the bank and cross-sell bank products as well as participate in retail sales blitzes and joint calls with Retail Sales Managers. The Bank Associate will build a network of resources within retail and supporting business groups, upon which to call for assistance.

Previous financial institution experience is preferred. Previous sales experience is required. Knowledge of state and federal regulations is preferred. Microsoft Excel, Access, and Word software knowledge is required. OSI software knowledge is preferred. Candidates with previous knowledge of operational functions, systems, policies, and practices are preferred.
