Business Analyst: Tempe, AZ

Our client has an immediate need for a skilled Business Analyst who has functional skills skin UML or RUP design.  This is a 6 month contract-hire position so all candidates need to be US Citizens or Green Card Holders.  The position will be at their Tempe, AZ.   Here are the details:

 

Business Analyst: 3 positions, contract-hire

The successful candidate will hold a 4 year degree plus 5 - 7 years experience. Acts as a liaison between client area and technical organization by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of highly complex business problems to be solved with automated systems.  Will work within the Technology and Enterprise Services organization to identify benefits, costs, and requirements for various projects.

 

Skills Required:

1)  Prior experience in a technical environment;

2)  Microsoft toolset (Excel, Word, Project, Access, PowerPoint, etc.);

3)  UML and/or RUP design

4)  High-level knowledge of an OOP (object-oriented programming) development environment

5)  Excellent communication skills

6)  Ability to speak with non-technical system clients and project representatives while also being able to communicate and understand technical terms when working with the engineers.
