Job Description:

High level customer service opportunity located in Tempe!

Must have a minimum of 1-2 years call center/customer service experience (no retail please).

Will be responsible for outbound calling (not telemarketing) regarding the verification of the information listed on the loan applicants' credit report.

Responsibilities include: researching & obtaining accurate consumer credit information by verifying

that information with borrowers, credit bureaus, & the court system.

Will be analyzing credit reports & past due collection accounts.

Temp to hire opportunity!

Shift is M-F 8:00am-5:00pm

Requirements:

Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally both from a verbal standpoint as well as written standpoint.

Must be PC proficient.

This position requires the candidate to be confident and persistent, yet professional.

This is a fast-paced production based environment.

Must be able to pass a credit check, background check to qualify.
